If u doubt God to be powerful, than your question is probably if God exists.
If u were certain in a God, and UNDERSTOOD what God is, it would be obvious

The answer is in the question...'if God is all powerful then yes, he could...because he can do anything. If he couldn't then he wouldn't be all powerful.

The answer to questions like these are always a bit sketchy sadly...a better question would be 'If god was all powerful, could he roll a joint so big he couldn't smoke it?'
