They look very healthy. And from the pix you provided, it looks as thought they have just shown maturity. Meaning that you are now able to switch over to 12/12 and they will show sex. To tell if they are male or female, when the little flowers begin to grow, little hairs will come out, if two little hairs come out of one flower, you have a female. If you have anything but that, hermie/male.
