I use to smoke on the regular basis but lately (last couple of weeks) its been reduced to weekends going on about 8 days clean now. Really what I wanna know is:

1. Does the weekend smoking build my THC level back to as though I never stopped? or Would it go down and then slowly build back up?
So that It would take another 30 days to get clean...right?

It was my understanding that exercising also helps getting the thc out of ones system, but I read someone responding to a post about diluting that you shouldn't work out b4 diluting and to eat meats w creatine SO:

2. Does this just mean workout to clean system but not b4 diluting?
3. When diluting does smoking tobacco hurt w results?
4. When diluting does creatine mono work for rasing levels? Read in a post it doesn't
