    Okay...
    We got some problems here.

First, the 3 seedlings are stretching-- not enough light. Get the CFL's within an inch of the plant tops if you can. Get a little computer fan (or something) in there to keep the plant tops cool. The fan will force the plants to process water and CO2 faster, too.

The older plant looks "locked out" to me. That means the plant's deficient in nutrients, even though the soil may contain them. But because the pH is off, and/or you've been watering before the soil dries out enough (and the plant is "drowning") the plant can't absorb the nutes that are right there. Adding more nutrients will just make conditions worse unless you fix what's causing the lockout.

Your older plant is in a pot that's too big for it. You want the roots to be able to drink most of the moisture out of your soil so it doesn't turn into oxygen-less swamp-slime. Do you have 1-2" of stones or other drainage material in the bottom of the pot? That'd help. At this stage, lighter soil (more perlite added) would drain better, too.

I'd probably try to save that plant by very carefully removing it from the pot and removing the extra soil from the root mass, then repotting back to a smaller pot. I'd be very careful not to let the soil ball fall apart and rip any roots you may have going. Don't know if you're confident doing that. Maybe somebody else will offer another opinion.

A more passive approach (in the existing pot) would be to get some wind on that plant and the soil surface to try and evaporate / transpire away some of that sogginess. Lowering the ambient humidity will help, too.

But here's the catch: as you get rid of that excess water, the nutes in solution are going to become more concentrated. So, if you've been overfertilizing already, you may need to actually flush out the soil (yes, MORE water) before you dry it out so you don't make the lockout worse. As soaked as it looks now, I'd like to to try to get it dried out where it can breathe, ASAP.

You should fill out the troubleshooting form and maybe get some more opinions. But based on what I see I'd pot it downward with better drainage, flush (rinse out the soil thoroughly), and let the soil dry out properly betweeen waterings. And the natural light from the window is insufficient. Your plant will not survive like that for long.

well that was a sick post well I will move the cfls down... there is a fan i got set up and a little light for the bigger one.. I will take pictures in a min. I transplanted her before i read your post she is in a little bit smaller pot. only pot i had left that would keep light out of the roots. yes pebbles in the bottom of each. soil was bad in the older pot. did flush older pot to get rid of those nutrs cause it was not draning right.

    Taking pictures now thank youimp:
