Simulated light schedual
Has any one had experience using a simulated lighting schedule instead of going right from 18/6 to 12/12 over night? Or what ever your preference is for veg and flower..

Simulated light schedual
Never seen someone do it, but have thought about it. If I was to do it, I wouldn't make the change so gradual, but make it so that the whole change from 18/6 to 12/12 would fit within one week. Then, to jump them even more, have the very last day before 12/12, leave the light off for 24 hours, then start the 12/12. Just my thoughts.
