Need Help with cleaning cabinet that had hermie and pollen

what is a good diy method of cleaning my tent that had pollen in it, I want to start my 2nd grow but still worried since i had two plants that went hermie and let pollen go inside the tent. What cleaning agents that wont harm my plants if i plan to plant them in about a week. i was thinking bleach and hot water but i have no idea. any help would be appreciated.

soap and water, you should be fine. Even if a few escape you, you'll only have a seed or two.

Pollen is inactivated by plain water, all you need to do to remove stray pollen is mist with water and then wipe down the surfaces with a damp cloth.

Wiping the tent out with a diluted bleach solution is a good idea between crops to kill off unwanted microbes, but unnecessary to simply remove pollen.
