mainegrown Reviewed by mainegrown on . D.I.G. hey everyone my name is J and i live up north.. we chill up here (ha ha ha) well the last time i started this i was in a different living environment and i had to hide what i did from lots of people...a.k.a i had a ton of traffic thru my house. so the name that me and my roommate came up with was d.i.g discrete indoor growing.. now im not so constrained by the traffic.. i dont have guests over anymore so no one to hide from.. and i live out in the sticks so... the set-up is kinda in the Rating: 5

no covers, they attract mold s and algae

let the plant dry out a bit and use a mulch for the top layer. I use a little peat moss but you can use anything that drains well like wood chips or perlite. The lights should kill the algae once it's dry or you could spray a little hydro peroxide on the soil.

much has changed in the DIG..
i have new and improved ferts.. neptunes harvest and the gurls are loving life now.
all of the plants are over 7 inches tall and some are up to 9"- 9.5".. i topped one of the larger plants because it was outpacing all of the others by quite bit and i am looking at topping another one soon-ish.. like in the next week or so because i think that it will be tall too. i am trying to keep the canopy around the same height so that it grows best.. sound right??
have a nice nite and i WILL pul pics up when i have the ability i have tons on the computer that i cant do anything but look at. they seem to be very helpful as i cant see the difference day to day but looking back the differences are huge.
