If you mean out of the stem of a leaf then yes.

I have got a few leaves that have produced some flowers. I have read about this, but have never seen it documented. The bud is growing out of the leaf, AMAZING!!! This will be my fourth grow and I have never seen this. I'm in week 8 of flower on a 9 week schedule. Will post some pics soon, have to borrow a digital camera. Rating: 5.
