no fan?? you need to have some kind of LIGHT air movement around the seedlings so there stems can strengthen and be able to hold itself up. No lil wiggle movement and they will most likely bend over when more new growth comes in.

Anyway, we got an incubator and a 250W LE bulb, germinated some seeds and they've started sprouting. i followed the instructions in this video we have ("mr green") and had the light hanging 12 inches above the seedlings after they sprouted. they are looking a little browish though.
