ive been present for pot growing but this will be the first time ive ever done it from scratch myself. Anyway, we got an incubator and a 250W LE bulb, germinated some seeds and they've started sprouting. i followed the instructions in this video we have ("mr green") and had the light hanging 12 inches above the seedlings after they sprouted. they are looking a little browish though. Is this normal, or are they dying?

Try raising your lights to about 20 inches above your plants plus a shot of 1/4 strength food might help also
