no
listen up ,not that i'm any pro in any way about lights and indoor but i found that "crowding in the light" i ll call it, 24 hrs of light, dont seem to be healthy for plants at all, responded much better to 18/6,,,,and 20/4. (my opinion)
that is 18 hrs light/6 hrs dark,,,,20 hrs light /4 hrs dark,
24 hrs of light is just not productive of healthy plants to me and seems a wiaste of money(power)

and about going indoor to outdoor.
it must be done with finess.
dont just stick ya plants out in the full sun all day from inside
let it get used to it by increments of more and more time over the next weeks,i increase the hours of Direct sun,(BY moving the trays)untill its getting sunlight all day
example
i take a tray a of lil plants from under the floro's
i set them in a shaded outdoor area, that by the end of the day would have got no more that a few hours of direct sun at best,
they usually are small, yet to be sexed in many cases ive not got room but to sex(put under 12/12 and pray) a few small ones and revegg them most that i put out im clueless to what sex it is,and i keep track so i know when the light hours change (here its june)to go check for males, unless i want seeds and a lower class of smoke, sometimes you pollenate it on purpose to insure just what crossed with it cuase its almost sure to seed outdoor.to many bee's and pollen carries in the wind,so SOME chose to try and keep some controll of
what pollen gets there first,,YOU take pollen from a killer strian and add to female.timed right and wallaaaa,,you just created a new buzz,
peace
