Sorry to hear about all your troubles!!

For cycle times, I use 1 minute on/4 off for veg. This is via a CAP NFT-1 fixed timer. In flower, 1 min on/5 off, via a CAP variable cycle timer..

If it makes you feel better, I had some electrical issues and burned up nearly $500 in timers...

If it helps you, I\'ll post some pics of bare systems so you can see what I\'ve done.
