Trees?...no the root ball will become bound before you are out of veg if you are trying to grow trees. You use 5 gallon buckets filled with lava rocks to grow trees.
Zandor Reviewed by Zandor on . Aeroponic sup hommies. ive heard a lot bout soil, soiless and hydro, but it seems we dont hear a lot bout aeroponic. it would be cool to see a soil vs hydro vs aero. i saw a soil vs hydro at overgrow.com. but there dont seem to have many ppl using this growin technique. is it too complicated or what? cauz the yield must be a lot bigger than normal grow method. anyone on this site is using it? Large fan leafs are sign of a temperature problem. The plant uses the fan leafs to regulate the internal temperature of the nutrient's in the plant. The larger they get the more heat the plant is trying to displace to cool the internal temperature. Some strains do have larger fan leafs by genetics but not that large.

    Just fyi dude

sorry zandor the strain was nothern lights...and the total veg time was long 70 dys...then flowerd for 55 days...the heat was never above 74 - 76 degrees ...ph was held at 5.8 to 6.1......3 single 5 gallon buckets/ 1 25 gallon rez and a nut blend called davids grow...so i can say it wasnt a heat problem...but sounds right for what ur saying...hope this help explain it better... oh by the way total harvest was 2 pds 8 oz dried weight...but thank u for ur info it is much appercited....

Yup NL does have larger then normal leafs. That is one of the reasons it's a great plant for starters it's very forgiving and just fun to grow. NL can take a beating and still finish not to mention it's a great smoke. That extended veg cycle would make for some old leafs for sure.

    Nice yield too btw.

I filmed some amazing plants that were grown aeroponicaly in 3 inch net pots... they were big plants.. they all harvested 10+ ounces... the problem was that the plastic tabs on the nets were not strong enough to hold the weight of the plants... the plastic nets would periodicaly fall into the reservoir... yikes...

Aeroponic systems are used less because you can't easily build one at home. So you must buy them and they are quite expensive. Just my 2 cents
yap you right but after sort search i find a cheap store!

for example I bought singal head unit (foger) at 375$ (www.AiroSale.com)

is worth the mony,i growing faster,my "weeds" is new more healthy and final results are amazing More than hydro...
