They say a caregiver can`t grow! If a caregiver Grows, they are a dispensary and dispensaries are banned in Greeley! I hear the Ft. Collins city council has a meeting on tues. 11-17 to consider doing the same thing! This is illegal isn`t it, the law states a primary caregiver can grow for a patient. Rating: 5
