From personal experience I can reccomend the Procyon 100 grow light. It might be a bit much for your 1x1x1, but worked great in my 3x3 closet with 4 23w cfls. I have a 4'' PC fan mounted in the ceiling for exhaust and have not had any real heat issues. It got a bit warm in the room a few days this summer (90) but caused no damage. Right now the closed closet is only 3-4 degrees above ambient room temp. Getting ready to harvest. You can check my log too for more info. Good luck!
