Easily I would think, appliances use a crapload of power so 1375w isn't all that much in a 4br. Shoot, my snake room uses that much by itself: you got all the heat sources for their thermoregulating needs, the lights for each cage(optional on nocturnal animals), climate controls(A/C, heat, humidity; all on thermo/hydrostats), 9cft freezer for the food, etc. That's just one of 4 br in the house and I've had that for years with no issues or suspicions.

If you really want to go stealth, check out solar panels. They are a decent chunk of change to start but they will pay for themselves and most electric companies will offer rebates and incentives so more people will get them. Best of all...if you go full in on the panels, the utility company will pay you for any electicity you generate over what you actually use! Check out your provider's website and see what programs they have in your area.

solar panels hold so little power though it would take a 50k investment to power up a complete room. dont worry about it i run twica as much power as that in just my flower room.i have friends that shell out thousands every month to pge,as long as u pay them they dont give a fuck.if your pge jumped to a thousand dollers a month and u pay on time every month u are a valuable customer to them.u alone have generated as much cash as 3 or 4 regular house holds.its a gold mine to them.

Well you gotta figure out exactly what you use watt-wise for the lights etc. For example: 12 26w cfl's = 312w/hr, then it takes approx 3 hours to use a Kw. In my case that's about 7.7 cents off peak so about 62 cents a day or $18.60/mo.
Upping it to 1Kw would be $1.84 a day or $55/mo. My bill jumps in the summer months way higher than that. I agree- just pay your bill on time and there's zero cause for complaint.
BTW, there's products out there that allow you to track to nearly the watt of your household consumption. Very handy...
