whats wrong with my babies?

this is whats goin on. they rooted in about 10 days and i slacked on giving them nutes right away, well maybe for about 5 or 6 days. its been at least 5 days on nutes with an n-p-k thats around 7 for N. i mixed a little bone meal within the top layer of dirt to hopefully give it a little boost of N & P. from the reasearch that ive done it seems to be a nitrogen prob by the yellowing leaves. but what about the tiny new growth and tips dying?

I am by far no expert here, but this to me looks like a classic case of nute burn. I would flush them out and give them a few days and see how it goes.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much nutes. I don't give any nutes until it has at least 4 nodes. Give Nitrogen nute at 1/10th strength, wait 7-10 days in between feedings (regular water as needed).

You can't force your plant to explode with growth. The best results come from a regimented feeding schedule and patience. Your plant is fragile when it's that young.
