Dude,

When plants are indoor it means exactly that, they are not subject to the whims of weather, insects, and temperature. Not that you dont realize this now but one can pull outdoor plants / clones indoors but unless you are propagating for outdoor growth with outdoor plants not a good idea to do the opposite as you have learned.
Many have hoped "some fresh air and sun" would help their indoor plants and it will if they go into a window inside, but when subjected to outside insects and disease you now have a headache re-introducing them to a near sterile enviroment.
