Farmer Rich Reviewed by Farmer Rich on . How much space between pots in a rail? I nearly made a huge mistake and put too many pots on a new rail system I am building. I have 3 square tubes 4.75" squared. I'm running them on a fog/aero and the tubes are in a series so that it's like a giant loop. At any rate, the sections are 32 inches long which is nearly 3 feet and like I said there are 3. I almost put 5 on each rail then decided 4 on each rail and now I think 3 is a better number. I have seen some of these roots balls that come out of these systems and even though Rating: 5
