I would also swap plant location around to determine if it's something in the grow room. (swap tall for short and see if they grow different)

Hi i have a closet grow with 3 original skunk no 1 grown from seed but for some reason one of them has stopped growing (on on the left), and the others are starting to look like they are drooping. I think it is over watering but not sure this is my first grow so any in put would be appreciated. They are under a 150w envirogrow blue cfl about an inch away from the top of the plants.
