Govt. is never the answer, its the problem. People have got to get away from thinking their governments can solve all their problems and start fixing their lives for themselves.
So, it's not the NHS that's the problem then (though it is in a poor state) but rather the problem is the 'ObamaCare' bill...from that article it looks as if it's going to bleed money.

Something else has just occured to me as well...America is made up of federal states, whereas the UK is a single country, so any comparison of their healthcare systems is pretty redundant
