How's it going. I'm 5'10, 200l. Med metab. I smoked about 2grams over the course of 2 weeks. I haven't smoked for about 31 days since then. Prior to that, its been months. I was called into for a UA yesterday. It was a supervisor UA and had no time to prepare for it. It was probably my 4th pee of the day but my urine was med yellow. I'm alittle wor but my GF said ll be fine cuz its been 30 days. What do u guys think? Btw it was a military UA.

Sounds like you'll probably be ok. Thats why everyone who smokes should always read the dillution sticky. In emergencies it can save your ass.

I wish I could had done the dilution but I was only able to drink water and when i was ready to pee, had to pee in the cup.. No mid stream either, tester was an ass.. I've used it the pass with great success, usally know a week to the night before.

Got home today and took a home test just to check..... came up neg which is making me at ease. Only difference now is about 3 days past since the drug test to my home test... I have a few home test so i may try my first morning pee to verify.
