Makes me wonder why there has been no trial or no tribunal after 8 years. I say just have a trial and convict 'em. I think most of them will plead guilty anyway and there won't even be a trial, except for the prelims. :twocents:

The only thing it can do is backfire....these people were caught on the battllefield....not in America. They werent wearing a uniform and are NOT protected by any international law or the Geneva convention no matter what a liberal may claim.

These folks or their lawyers will take the stand for YEARS and say whatever they think will get the most headlines. They are already planning it.....who cares if its true....just say it.
