The girl seemed confused and checked yes on the "was this sample collected at 90-100 degrees" but then in the remarks put "sample over 100 degrees".
I wonder what that gal had been smoking..hmmm? - checking off "yes" (instead of "no") and documenting that the sample was over 100F. What a dingbat.

The lab wont fail it because temp no longer becomes a factor once it arrives at the lab. Temp is checked as a deterring tactic from bringing in a substituted sample.

The gal sure has some tall explaining to do with the MRO about the discrepency. I hope the MRO chews out a new bunghole in her.
