a passive system,us a exhust only and fine a way to keep 2 of your other vent socks open, 4 inch pvc 90 deg angles from the home depot,should work.vent the tent air into the next room or out the window so its not being sucked back into the tent.....on the other hand a serious word of advice,open up the fan "if u didnt drill holes for the bracket,it voinds the 5 year warrenty" and try to short out the fan.return it.it will break down and u will be s.o.l i ran with the 8 inch for one grow and it burned up only pulling room temp.hydro farm makes some good stuff and the fact that there buisness isnt but an hour from us makes it cheaper doesnt make there fans any better,try and return it if u can and spend the extra $30 bucks on a vortex.ventilation is not something to skimp on my friend:thumbsup:

I have a 2x4x5 Hut w/white inside, 4ft Shop-light and a 90w LED UFO for lighting, 1 Oscillating fan and a Hydrofarm Inline w/an Odor-Sok for ventilation and air circulation. I have some clones of Purps, Ken'sGDP, DJShort's Grapes, Amnesia(supposedly great for SOG; Sog is what I want to accomplish this time around), Afgoo & Romulan.
