What do you guys think of him?? I was never a really big fan of him until i heard his new song 'who says' cant say i was expecting a weed reference from him. But I think his music is starting to grow on me now.

He's actually a really talented jazz guitarist, but sadly, his sappy mindless lyrics seem to overshadow his skill. A perfect example of a promising artist gone astray for the paycheck. Can't say I would blame him though. Have you seen the women he dates??

Its A Plant said it best, he is a very talented guitarist. I watched a concert of his on TV awhile back and that man can straight up play the guitar. The Crossroads he did with Brad Paisley was pretty impressive as well.

I wouldn't buy a CD of his, but I wouldnt change the station if he came on the radio.

mayer is a solid blues player who can play about anything live and seems to be a funny guy. obviously fuck the studio albums but if youtube is any indicator he is still putting on good shows and fucking many a groupie
