do i have to prepare it in any way? Also being this is my first hydro setup, do i put a hole at the bottom of the foam or do i just leave it as is and the roots will be strong enough to push through? They don't sell fert and nutes in regular stores around town usually right? looking for the 8oz sample bottles of bontanicare i think. not looking to spend close to a hundred for 1-2 plants :jointsmile:

I started to germinate the seeds but i have yet to find the rockwool before the first one popped. Is there another alternitve to rockwool that i can find at a home depot walmart or lowes? Ill have about 2-3 plants and using the method where the roots are completely submerged with a water pump and airstone in the water supply itself. ANy help would be appreciated. NJB Rating: 5
