You should have added this disclaimer before posting your guesswork. ^

If it doesn't need the fan leaves, why is the plant scavanging nutrients from them? I say you're assumption is wrong. Pick off the fans prematurly, and you risk nutrient shortage and the problems associated with underfertilizing and the stress that injury revovery induces.

When you flush, you are flushing the nutrients from soil, not the plant. Leave the leaves alone for beter results.

Ok. You've read the issues, conditions, and have seen the pictures. Tell us...what is your diagnosis and remedy, oh wise one? Exactly what is causing the issues asked about? ^

So, now you think too many nutrients and likely inappropriate nutrients. WTF do you think I was saying...?

Used to tick me off someone chiming-in without the knowledge nor experience to know what they are posting. But now...I must say...it is amusing watching you try and follow me around "correcting" my advise. I don't think you're doing your image here much good though. What with sticking your foot in your mouth with every attempt, and attempting, what...? Payback? I may not know hydro specifics, but I do know plant biology and specifically, growing quality meds. Were I you, I'd learn the craft before attempting to instruct other's.
