Here is a link to the State site. Being on the registry is supposed to be confidential. As far as workers' compensation goes, that has nothing to do with your own insurance company. This does bring up the question about the use of recommended MM in the workplace. Many companies have drug and alcohol policies that would prevent such use, especially if you have a CDL license, which is a federal situation.

Anyway, does your insurance policy say that if you are a registered MM patient that you are exempt from coverage? I would be surprised if it did.

I've been suffering with Celiac Disease for a few years and have found that mj is one of the few things that allows me to actually have an appetite. I've been considering getting my mmj card, but I have a concern. I am a small business owner that pays through the nose for my medical insurance for myself and my family.
