what are those brown spots?

please check attached pictures. What is the problem ? The whole plant does not show those symptoms, only a few isolated leaves (less then 5 %) . Other leaves are green and very healthy. This is a mother that have been in veg indoor for a few months. Thank you

are the spots staying about that size? did they start in new growth or older growth? did they move from one to the other?
