you could use the palm method by placing your palm under the light and feel the heat in the center of your palm start from low to high, you could feel the heat if it gets too hot on the center of the palm burning and that's when you know where to place the light, but as day pass you have to keep a eye on it cause as it grows you have to raise the light or it will burn it

I have 2 questions: 1) I am very interested in buying a Medium Adjust-A-Wings and Super-Spreader for a 600W HPS light system.
