Without getting into the details of how; I became the proud owner of 4 bushels of bad apples (not terrible, just not great), on top of the 2 bushels of really great apples I already had. It's my issue so I'll live with it. Part of me says that I should eat a few bad apples and then eat a really good apple. Another part of me says that I should grind up all the apples together and make apple butter out of it. At the very least I would end up with a not so terrible apple butter to smoke Rating: 5
