Forget getting your everyday DR to write these, IT wont happen with out alot of time begging and pleading.Dont waste your time just pay for it...by the time you get him to write it you could have the card in hand.And not to mention some people have to pay for each Dr visit.So whats the difference.

You must have medical evidence. (mri's, ct's, x-rays, surgeries, etc.) 4. You must be willing to pursue continuing treatment, mmj can't be the only thing you seek. You must be willing to try the meds, injections, physical therapy..... 5. You must be professional. Sorry, but face tattoos and mohawks, or rapper jeans below the ass and a big gold chain will be turned down for the card. At least look Rating: 5
