put the in 12/12 when ever u want u could veg them for a year then flower if u wanted too

But you shouldn't try to flower before they show pre-flowers or have about 4-5 nodes if grown from seeds. If from clones, as long as the mother would've been ready to flower when the clones were taken, they only need to develop a decent root system to be switched to 12/12, although more veg time will up your yield.
