With love to Kr, I agree with this. The whole evaluation scale is screwed anyway. I hadn't had any herb for 3 days, my longest break since getting my card in Early December, and I was back in at CCF today, grabbing The Diesel Dawg and more Urkel OG, and I'm saying, if people REALLY think there is better weed then this out there, they're living on a different planet then I am. NO offense intended, but it's my view.

And that was the SMOKE, so you can imagine the hit. :smokin:
You can't do better than this. You can do a tad different, or an equal variation, but this is certified "as good as it gets". Equal, but not superior. Sure, we all have our tastes, and this may not be everyone's cup of tea, but from an unbiased standpoint, anyone who knows what they're talking about will say this is gold standard fare. How many Cups have you been to Bryan? What about the people reviewing the strains? What are their pedigrees? It's a fair question is it not?
Besides, the scales are skewered. It's is NOT a 0-100 scale, as there is NO way on God's green earth ANY of us are going to smoke weed that by looking at and smelling we judge to be a 50 "pointer" or less. NO way. If I have a 100 point chicken breast in my fridge, organic Colorado fair trade humanly grown hippie chicken, and I come back a few days later, and my mechanical brain looks at it and says, "Wow, this was a 100 point breast, now it's probably about a 50 pointer" I AM NOT EATING IT. It's got mold and smells, and so on. So we're not smoking that weed. So really, what is the lowest grade of weed we're going to smoke? 60 pointers? What is that? Kind schwag?
So for the sake of argument, a bud that looks tumbled, has messed up triches, tastes and smells like shit is what, a 60? Let's be real assholes and give it a 45, half of the Urkel OG, is that fair? Well, no not really. Because just like the rotten chicken meat, the herb is WORTHLESS. It's not HALF of what the Urkel is, it is 0% of it. It sucks while costing what, 10% less?
So what were really dealing with here is a scale of true medicinal herb. So lets say that the low end is an F at 60% and herb that is EXACTLY what it should be is 100%. So shit weed gets an F just for showing up, and that's 60% of the score? That's really fucked and makes no sense but let's move on. What it seems to me we are dealing with is the area from 60-100 percent, or 40 percentage points.
The Urkel OG got an A-, which is 90-91. That's about 75% of the TRUE possible points ranging from absolute awful shit weed coming in at 60 points (which again by some bent standard is about 66% of The Urkels' score just for being grown even if it is pure shit) to this undefined ideal of "perfection" that gets the 100% crown.
There is no way on God's green earth that this gets 75% of the possible points.
So if this is not as good as it gets, somebody PLEASE tell me and Bryan and everyone how to make it better, cause I can't see it. The guy is obviously passionate (like many of you are) and I bet if you have anything real to offer, I'm sure he'll listen. I know I'd like to know.
So just how do you make this 9 to 10 points (which is either 10% or 25% of the possible total score and huge either way) better???
Let's hear it. I'm ALL ears.
peace and blessings to all
