Not feeling much

I smoked twice, I took about 2 hits each time. Once from pipe, once from bong.
Mid to high grade stuff.
I would feel a tingle in my feet and lower legs both times.
But nothing else.
You guys think I need to smoke more, larger amounts at a time?
