help 650W VS 400W & 250W

Okay as stated in the title it speaks for itself. I am looking for advise on this and opinions. I have a space that is 4'X2.3'X6' = 9 sq. feet/54cubic feet if i am right. Here is the break down now, I have a 400W MH = 36k lumens and a 250 Hps= 28k lumens. I do not wanna drop $100 on a conversion bulb for the 400 to just gain 8k more lumens.

So now should I run both theses in the same area...in 9 sq. feet to = 650w total=64k lumens. Or just the 400 in this space and the 250 else where.? Will I notice a big difference with both lights in the 9 sq. feet.?

And if I do decide to throw the 250 elsewhere what would be the idea size area to run it in and idea # ladies to sunbath under it.? I was told that some times it is not really worth putting a bunch of light in a small place because you dont always get the most for all that light(#plant to room size).:wtf:

I am not sure what i wanna do truthfully I wanna do both way lol, But obviously I can't so I need some help/advise.imp:imp: I do feel I may get a better yield doing 2 different areas as the hps is only 8k less lumens as the 400 Mh which is 14k less than a 400 hps....

My 400w Mh will put me at round 4k lumens a sq. foot, And both would put me round 7111-7120 lumens a sq. foot.

This kinda sucx An the more I think bout it the more I wanna smoke:bigsmoke: but cant due to my:baggy: being on empty

Every input will help me out and all ideas will be going into serious consideration.

with 6' in height...your gonna need excellent ventilation to use both?...and/or a cool tube?

I can't get by with less than 8ft in height; using a 400 watt HID light, due to my growing style. But, both would probably be better if you can control the heat and keep the plants from growing into the light?

I got a Ac hood, But nothing for the 250. I was thinking maybe i could leave a end open an put the 250w by the open end. Which would pull the heat from the bulb straight threw and out. What size area would you recommend to run the 250w in.?
