Can you suggest a specific strategy?

The last usage was Halloween and I was a daily toker for 2 months...and the very sensitive test is on the 23rd of this month.

Is my only chance dilution? Substitution is not an option...

I would much rather just get the THC out of my system than dilute...

Perhaps an exercise strategy combined with a certain diet?

Any specifics appreciated (as have been both of your replies) as this is so important to me...
