I Think a black light actually damages your plant because of its light spectrum i wouldn't use it.

Won't help either.
However, there is a considerable amount of far red, 730 nm. and plenty of Infra red, them pups run hot!
The only benefit would be the Far-red and you already have that from the sunset.
If you are just trying to keep them in veg. for a while longer, a couple CFLs for a couple hours will be sufficient.

From what I've been told.....Black inc's are actually a form of outdoor darkness. Black inc's can be used to speed up your plants clock during your indoor darkness time..... Vegging or Flowering..... But they cause alot of stretching...... That is unless they are mixed with another spectrum (RED)...So there is a trick to it....... But if your going to only use black inc's by themselves, wait till well after the third week of flowering in the plants (dark time) before you start to use them..... Then look for the speed black inc's can bring to the flowering table....Also black inc's are useless in the day time for growing.... Yes they have alot of far red but clear inc's are loaded with far red and are 100% more photosynthetic for growing.. Just my two cents....
Like wez said if your tring to keep the plant in veg then use cfl's for a couple of hours indoors to keep them vegging.... Using black inc's for 12 hours will cause your plant to start to flower when they get old enough from a seed and ASAP from a clone...
