I've travelled a lot in the last couple of years, and the best country I've come across is France. I've been in about twenty U.S. states, and the people in every single one of them were much, much ruder than they are in France, and much more ignorant with culture and politics and so on. The French government also actually fears the people, who riot when a law or something really pisses them off. The Pentagon on the other side is so mighty it's not really a concern if 10,000 protesters show up--they know they'll have their way forever. There's so much more sexual openness in France, no ultra-rigid drinking laws that only raise teen drinking binges, etc. Europe is a cultural gem in general.

So someone enlighten me please....explain the U.S. as the world's #1 country?
France lol.....I had to laugh at this one. Aint no uncultured or untraveled Yank here my friend. Ill never forget going to a football match in the burbs of Paris in 2005.....EVERYTIME a black guy touched the ball the ENTIRE stadium erupted into Monkey sounds......the ENITRE stadium. I have never seen anything like it. Or lets head over to Warsaw Poland where their Govt. refused to let some Jewish football players come their country because some Muslims were offended....Is this the cultural gem your referring to lol? Leave it to .....the video of the cultured parisans mocking minorities is all over youtube if people wanna watch it for themselves.

Riots huh.....the last riots I remember were all the muslims burning trashcans and working peoples cars in Paris because they got their sensitive feelings hurt, awwwwww, so sad.

Belgium is more cultured and accepting than France these days.....Compared to London or Prague....Paris is the armpit of Europe homie.imp: The glory days are gone.....Hell I had a better time in Belgrade than Paris
