I substituted with my wife's urine (who may be pregnant, don't know how relevant some think that may be), but didn't have quite enough to fill the line. I topped it off with maybe two tablespoons worth of my own urine. (Which, I had been diluting since 5 hours prior just in case I had to do so.)
