Being in high school, i will assume your 18, OK.

So, get some good bag seeds 1st. Second, save your cash for when it gets warm, like this coming spring. Then you will have the cash to by nutes/ferts. Also, you want a bag of top soil to put in your holes you will dig in advance of planting. Like Schweed said you need that 12 hours of sun light. The more direct sun the better. Now it seems you still live with your parents, so give them respect! Dont germ or plant anything in their house with out permission!
A different way to germ your seeds are cups. Soak your seeds over night in a cup of water. The next day look to see which seeds sink to the bottom. Sometimes, with a tap they will sink if there a good seed. The ones that float are no good, so just pitch em. Fill the cups with soil and plant 1 seed per cup about 1/4'' deep and cover lightly with soil. Oh and before ya do this poke a few holes in the bottom for drainage and get the soil wet before putting the seed in, as the seed may get buried to deep and not get enough air and will not germ.

Give em 3-4 days. Now do this far from your property! Let them grow about 2 weeks, but make sure you can water them at least every other day, as the cups dry out fast.

So now your ready. Your holes should be dug out at least 5-7 days before you put your plants in them. Find a good place that will provide good sun, but more important privacy! Now take the cash you saved and buy some top soil with a hand full of per lite if you can get some. It will help keep em watered. Dump in the top soil one hole at a time with perlite. Use a knife to cut down the cup and open. Take and get rid of all trash thats being used, as its a give away and respect nature! There should be a ton of roots, thats good, so now plant everything in the top soil. You want to plant them at least half way in the ground. If your covering leaves, dont worry about it, because the deeper the better. Water them and leave. Its best to do this at night or very early in the morning, cuz ya dont want anyone to see you. Try to put them close to a water source as well as a place that gets sun and where people dont go. Number one rule! DO NOT TELL ANYONE! If you do, your busted, cuz if you cant control yourself, how do you expect them too. At best you only get ripped off.

Water about every 3-4 days depending on your spots. Some ares will stay watered longer then others, ya just got to get to know your environment. Oh and please dont grow 50 plants or even close. I had 7 this year and i worked my ass off. Plus ya dont want to got to jail for 15 years do ya?

This is pretty basic, so between now and then you need to read. I read everyday. It will help you understand questions that will come up. Plus the guys that really know what there doing in here isnt going to answer a question like i just did. They want to know that you have done your home work. Its only far, cuz they had to read it and there is always something to learn. I gave you this answer because im paying back the help i got, its only right that i help when i can.
