If you were to grow in that system the plants would be awfully close together once they are developed, unless you are doing a SOG type of grow. If you want maximum yield you would want to let them grow a lot bigger than that system would allow. DWC buckets would be better if you have the space, just search 'DWC bucket' on google, you can even build your own with ease. I prefer 1 plant per bucket (see my grow log below in my signature). They are still cheap to buy and use, so should still fit within your budget nicely and you can grow huge plants (trees?) in them...:thumbsup:
