    Very serious and important question

I grew my plants outdoors this summer in pots and they did okay considering we had rain the entire month of June. Anyway I still have 5 very large girls that need abother 4 weeks or more to mature. These were feminized seeds I bought online. White Widow and Himilayan Gold. Only problem is that they are Sativa's and where I live I should be sticking with Indica's. ( I think I have them right the leaves are real skinny and the buds look way different then the other plants they have fat fan leaves and the buds are more dense ) Okay so this is my issue and I do hope I can get answers very fast.
I have set up a nice grow room in my barn in an empty stall. I have an electric heater in there along with a fan and good lighting. I have 7 females that are ready to harvest and I have decided to do them one each night so I do not bite off more then I can chew. Harvested all 14 of my females last year and it was a long tedious job. I am manicuring my buds a bit tighter this year and have already gotten 3 plants dried and cured. The buds are pretty and I tested one of the smaller popcorn buds from the bottom of a plant. Got a real nice high.
Unfortunately in my barn I have chickens and I have to sweep the barn isles often. Even though the stall is closed up I have noticed a bunch of dust on the grow lights which means my plants are full of dust too. So hear is my question. BEFORE it gets too cold would it be okay for me to take a spray bottle and mist my plants really well to get the dust off of them before I harvest them???? Say I spray them down real well and then put the fan oscilating on them to dry them up before I cut them down???? I am wondering will this effect the trichomes at all??? Will it remove some of the THC from the buds??? While what I have tested does not taste dusty or anything like that I can run my fingers across a fan leave and see the dust on my fingers.........I need a solution to this problem. These 7 females have nice white milky trichomes and while I want to do what is best I do not want to screw up all my hard work. I could possibly set each plant in front of the fan and turn the fan up on high??? But I guess my first thought is using a spray bottle to mist the plant sown really well this would definitly get the dust off. AND I do not think they will take very long to dry with a fan blowing.

SO PLEASE HELP~!!!! It is time to harvest and our weather is getting colder as time goes by. I have been lucky enough to keep the stall at a consistent 60 degree's answers and suggestions are very needed as I am leaving for work in a few hours and would like to cut one of the plants down to trim up tonight so if this will work I will spray it before I go to work so it is dry when I get back.

Thanks for your help and feedback everyone.

    Very serious and important question

Well in my opinion you could hose em down with a water hose. You at one time had them outside and it rained on them? So, the only issue would be bud rot and making sure they dont freeze, but your harvesting so the rot would not have time to get to your plants, if your doing one at a time. Also, id give them a good shake after your done. Its not going to hurt them, as it would be like a big wind hitting them. Your trichomes just cant freeze. If ya shake em off im sure you would get rid of most of the water and i might do it in the afternoon as this would be the warmest time of the day:thumbsup::rasta:
