dogs are able to smell the toxin in marijuana smoke and can recognize that it will put them at a disadvantage as far as reflexes and instincts are concerned so, if the dog has god doggie instincts, it usually turns away. it just means your dog is in good health. more often then not, you'll have to hold the dogs mouth and blow the smoke in.
