as far as im concerned, if they are not "serious" about it, they dont need to be hiding under the guise of needing it. if they needed it that bad, investing a few bucks and getting the right stuff to grow wouldnt be an issue, even if it took them saving 6 months to do so. it isnt difficult to grow your own and grow GOOD stuff, especially if you can get some good clones off of known decent strains. growing from seed can be more difficult, but if you weigh things, clones are cheaper anymore, they grow faster, bigger, and harvest is much sooner, plus, you can go down and get some peat pellets, some rootone and a small greenhouse pack and start your OWN clones off of the clones you already have once they mature VERY easily. i know one guy whos been propagating off of the same clone now for like 6 years.

one of these days, californias gonna finally crack down on the dr's and you arent going to be able to just bring a pill bottle in and get a recommendation. youll need to document a real need by evidence (I.E. dr records from other drs showing you actually have a need). to many people who smoke casually are saying "hey, i wanna get in on this", running down to the nearest emergency room, telling the dr they have extreme back pain, getting a perscription for vicodin and running right to the 420 dr and giving they a big long line of shit, just so they can get a recommendation and be "legal". i wonder how long its going to be before california starts kicking A REAL fuss about it and the ones who dont have a thing wrong with them fark it up for us who do, just like red bluf just did ( i spoke to someone in authority about that, and i was told the reason they did what they did is because to many people who didnt have a need were getting it and exploiting it). same thing with the "collectives" and "co-ops".....how many of those do you think actually are legit and really need it....it never ceases to amaze me.

i think whats going to happen is more and more cities and counties are gonna end up doing exactly what red bluff has done, and eventually, something will be passed to let the COUNTIES decide if they want to allow it or not, and then the majority of them will do the exact same thing red bluff did.
