I have to disagree with you. I think that the dispensaries are doomed to fail! It will be a boom/bust situation. If you are allowed to grow, or can easily assign your growing rights to a caretaker/supplier, why would you bother going to an expensive dispensary?

I think a more logical scenario is, there will be a huge boom which is starting now. Then the general public figures out how easy it is to grow cannabis. :thumbsup: And a huge crash in the number of dispensaries follows with the survival of a handful of the better places. There will always be a few dispensaries for new or severely disabled patients, or when your crop gets wiped out, or maybe you're just a pot snob wanting a new flavor. But folks growing their own will end the "green gold rush". Supply and demand. Cannabis is way easier to produce than alcohol or vicodin!

Dispensaries are just a passing fad with an eventual small niche market.
