How about this situation?

I bought a waterpipe on 4/20/08. It cost 250 dollars alone, and had a red lower bubble and neck (favorite color is red btw), two percolators (is that what they are?), a matching bubbler bowl (purchased seperately, $50), and a red diffusing downstem (also separate, custom, $30).

It was at my homies apt because i was pretty much living there and wanted to use it. The term ended and we were both moving back over the summer. I moved out in april 09 and he was holding on to it because i didnt want to cart it around with my dad in the car, and he said it was cool, he would take it when he moved out a month later.

He moves out and a couple days later i go over and tell him to bust it out so i could pack it. He says "Dude i thought you took it."

He left it in the FUCKING apartment. Along with my blacklights and strobes but those i dont care too much about.

What is reasonable payment for that?
epicsoundz69 Reviewed by epicsoundz69 on . Should the person who breaks a waterpipe be required to pay? Okay basically my friend and I went in on a phx beaker bong for $300. My dumbass managed to break it, and my friend demands his $150 from the half of it. Now I don't know about you people but I have never once been compensated for a broken bong, but at the same time it only seems fair. Personally I think dude should fuck off because this was never in any written form and was only a verbal agreement. What do you guys think? I'm poor as anything also lol Rating: 5
