You had acute anxiety/panic attack. SAME THING happened to me first time I actually got stoned. You are dwelling on it way too much now and thus focusing way too much negative energy on yourself. You did not die, you are not different forever, you jusy got high and now you are not. Your body processes and metabolizes the THC in a pretty short period of time. It's just like getting really drunk and being hungover the next day. I personally have felt some pretty strange & crazy shit when really stoned off of different types of weed. Keep in mind that different bud will give you different effects but either way just take ONE or TWO hits and then chill. You overdid it.

The tongue thing is all in your head man. When you are REALLY stoned sometimes your mouth can definitely feel weird and numb but these are primarily symptoms of anxiety. (along with cold hands, fast heart rate, etc)

Now about that antibiotic, they can definitely make you feel spacey and paranoid. When you are in a state of general anxiety from the weed and getting too high this can easily be magnified because you are being overly critical of yourself and paying far too much attention to little things that you normally would ignore. This will go away once you stop taking it. Hope you are not on Biaxin though, that shit is pure poison man.

The first time was in June, second was in August. October 31st I got offered some weed that I'm pretty sure wasn't laced so I smoked it. Seeing as I didn't get high those times I decided to take 30 hits and up of the weed I was smoking. I smoked out of an apple btw, no tin foil just an apple.
