Adding tap water will dilute the THCA concentration to where the sample would register below the screens cutoff level.

But it will also cause the creatinine and specific gravity to take a nosedive to where the sample will be ruled "too-dilute"; and if those levels take too deep of a nosedive (based on how much water was added), the sample can be ruled "not consistent with human urine".
